Login, Presence and IM is working, but no sound, no calling and no video. Reason: We have different Servers for AV communication. This should be fixed in the future release.

I only had this program Open in the Background without any Login and it Consumed about 80% of my battery in one Night! I dont want to use my constantly on the charger!

To me this is a really good app. Have more options than MS client. 1 issue is it takes over the audio and as long as the client is on, that audio wont come from Bluetooth headphone of you are listening to musics. Also it would be nice if you have a option to see your meetings and join Lync meetings from the app automatically the same way MS client is doing.

Dont upgrade if you have an iPhone 4. Up until this new release this app worked beyond expectations. Regardless of location I was connected via my iPhone 4. Video to desktop calls, file sharing, white board it all worked. Unfortunately the latest bug fix has introduced a bug - it no longer works on my iPhone 4. Fortunately reverted back to the last release and all still works great!

I have been using this app for over a year off and on. Biggest complaint is that it kills all audio on the phone when opened. Messages, calls, texts, keyboard clicks... No sound at all. Have used the app from iPhone 4 to 4S to 5, still no audio. Used to have to reboot to restore audio, now at least the app just has to be fully closed. Latest update has introduced these incredibly slow menu animations and group vs online status listings for contacts which crowds the interface and basically makes it even worse to use. The fact that its the only direct iOS to Lync client, I dont get why the product is so poor. If it can be made to simply work without audio problems I would be willing to recommend to a couple hundred of our users. But it does not so I cannot. I wrote this entire review with no audio clicks on keyboard. Once the review is submitted I will close Xavy and my sound will return Until next time...

After updating to the latest version dont start up. 4S ios 6.0.1

I have used the XyncConf app and noticed this new XyncCollab app that had everything the conf one had and more. Yes, I had to pay an additional $29, but It would be worth it if it worked as well as the XyncConf app did. Well it does, except it doesnt work on 3G. Your turn on wifi and it works great, but as soon as you turn off 3G, Xync signs out. This really defeats the purpose of this app. I also downloaded the latest update of the XyncConf app. You guessed it, they broke that one too. I would HIGHLY recommend this app and the conf app if they can just fix this major bug. Please!!! (Or drop the price significantly). Until then, I have no choice to only give it 2 stars.

Nice Lync client. I am going to spend some good time with testing, but after first 5 minutes - I am surprised, finally have Lync (Xync) client on my iPhone, Audio and Video compatible. Will need to test Online Meeting tomorrow.

As the other reviewer noted, the app constantly crashes. Fix for stars.

Save your money! Checked and rechecked settings on the iPhone. I also checked with my admin and still cannot connect. All I get in return is " failed to establish connection to server".

1. Most of times i have to click on sign in like 5 times to make it work on iPhone 2. Most of times audio webcam will not work. 3. Very price per lic 4. No push notification. Once you press home button app shutdown on you. 5. Today installed a bug fix and it got worst. Keep crashing

Video feature is fantastic. User Interface is cool and elegant. Also its awesome that there is no need for any additional infrastructure. This is truly a killer app which we all have been waiting for!!!

Excellent Collaboration tool for on the go and away from the office. Using the video chat feature worked good, using the desktop sharing came in real handy when needing to share ideas and information to a co-worker. This is a must have app if your a person on the go and need to be attached to your work.

Nice job no issues for me on the iPhone. This is just what I needed for connecting with all of our satellite offices and work from home employees.

Mobile collaboration is amazing...I didnt know that this functionality was even available in the market. Sharing PowerPoint presentation with IP audio from my mobile device to Microsoft Lync is the coolest thing I have done on my iPhone so far. I wish I could give them 10 stars!

I have been trying for 3 days now to get this thing to sign in with O365. Even though there is a config setting for O365, it will not sign in. Microsoft Lync app works just fine. I cant say how well it works but other reviewers have several complaints. Half of the website does not work (most importantly the support forums). Save your money people, even IF they fix these issues, their current silence proves that they are a company not worth dealing with.

It takes about 8 second for the call to setup then there is frequently no audio or one way audio.

This first over $2 i have bought For $20 I thought I will get a functional and decent app. Functional yes. Lacks • intuitive interface • Volume control - only has on/off setting • Directory lookup - only pinned contacts available • Button placement is narrow. Reminds me of Windows Mobile 5 version from 2007

From 25$ to 0$.. Still not worth downloading!
